Owner of Wetherbee Farm, a working horse farm, for over 15 years and
a Real Estate Broker for over 25 years, Gladys Fox has combined these two
interests and specializes in equestrian and farm properties. For buying

Many real estate services are unfamiliar with the special needs of prospective
horse farm owners. Wetherbee Farm knows the zoning laws of the prospective
area, how much headroom a prospective stable needs, or whether an already
existing barn is suitable for conversion into a horse stable. Having been
a horseowner since 1956, Gladys can help you find exactly what you need
on your future farm.
Wetherbee Farm also developed Fitness by Riding®,
which "was targeted at the market of adults who would like to ride for
fitness rather than do aerobics," and now has approximately 80 active riders,
riding one to three times a week. Fitness by Riding has expanded recently
to accommodate youths and adults alike. The riding lessons are offered
six days and five evenings per week and emphasize proper stretching and
tone-up. Participants use Wetherbee Farm's own horses, and with an indoor
arena on the property, the program continues year-round. |
