Gladys Fox has owned Wetherbee Farm, a working horse farm, for over
twenty years, and is a real estate broker whose firm, Wetherbee Farm Real
Estate, located on the farm, was the first New England real estate company to
specialize in equestrian and farm properties. She welcomes the opportunity to
serve you whether you are buying or selling farm or equine properties.
As a lifelong equestrienne herself Gladys can help you find exactly what you
need on your future farm. Buyers and
sellers engage Gladys because of her expertise, gleaned from years of owning and
operating a full equestrian facility with an active breeding and sale program,
now in its tenth year. For twenty-plus years the farm has also offered lessons
(Fitness by Riding), in addition to training and boarding programs. With her
extensive experience in all aspects of equestrian farm life and operations,
Gladys can assist prospective owners with business models and opportunities.
Realizing early on just how important the Internet would become in marketing
and selling real estate, Gladys launched Wetherbee Farm Real Estate's
highly-regarded website, www.WetherbeeFarm.com, the first
website devoted to listings of equestrian and farm properties. As time progressed, Gladys foresaw a need to expand that website's scope,
namely, to post selected listings throughout New England, a decision which would
allow potential buyers to view a large number of properties to help them in
their search and evaluation processes.
That decision coincided with Linda Hampson's joining
the firm as the Managing Broker in our New Hampshire office. Gladys and Linda collaborated on that supplementary website for our firm's original
site, and named it www.EquestrianHomes.com. Because we designed both websites to
help fellow equestrians locate their perfect properties, our combined website
maintains an extensive compilation of properties throughout New England |
